Town of Warrenton, VA Rady Park Sewage Pump Station Replacement

The project included a new 20’ x 20’ building to house new pumps, motor control center, natural gas standby power generator and flow metering equipment. A vertical up flow carbon type odor control system was provided as the site is immediately adjacent to residential housing. The work consisted of extensive structural foundation construction to support the superstructure. A separate 10’ diameter polymer concrete manhole serves as the station wet well. A brick and block superstructure was constructed overtop of the wet well and houses the station equipment and generator. The original below grade station was demolished after successful startup.
